Solar for the east Bengaluru belt
Our office is in Devasandra Industrial Estate on ITPL Main Road, so this part of Bengaluru is on our doorstep. The area mixes independent houses and villas, very large gated apartment communities, schools, hospitals and office campuses. Each needs a different kind of solar project.
Apartment communities
East Bengaluru has many big societies with substantial common-area loads: lifts, pumps, STPs, clubhouses, street lighting and growing EV charging. High-rise towers often have limited roof compared with their load, so the roof, not the bill, may set the plant size. We study the usable roof and the common meters, and where roof space is a limit we assess group or virtual net metering. Our society solar page explains the subsidy of ₹18,000 per kW up to 500 kW.
Independent homes
Villas and independent houses can use the PM Surya Ghar subsidy of up to ₹78,000. Plots here vary, so shadows from neighbouring buildings and trees need checking. Our home solar page covers sizing and the application steps.
Offices, schools and light industry
Commercial buildings and nearby industrial estates use most of their power in daytime, which suits solar. We check roof strength and the electrical room, then size the plant to daytime load. See commercial and industrial solar.
Electricity company
This area is served by BESCOM, so applications go through BESCOM's solar rooftop portal. Confirm the account details on your bill before applying.
What to do next
Send your pincode and recent bills. We will confirm the right route, and an engineer will arrange the site survey.
